Throughout his career as an acting coach, Justin has had the privilege of helping students book roles on TV shows and films for major platforms like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Marvel, and more. In this masterclass, he’ll dive into practical tips and techniques for working on camera—tools that give actors a real competitive edge in today’s constantly evolving film and television landscape. Whether you’re new to on-camera work or looking to sharpen your skills, this class will equip you with the insight and confidence needed to stand out.

Justin Sterner is an American actor, producer, and acting coach known for his work in film and television. He has built a versatile body of work both in front of and behind the camera, with credits spanning nationwide features, family films, and television. He has appeared in projects such as The Forge (2024), Camp Hideout (2023), Into the Spotlight (2022), Running the Bases (2021), and Lifemark (2021). Beyond performance, Justin has continued defining his range as a producer and assistant director, contributing to various productions with a strong eye for story and collaboration. A passionate supporter of creatives, he dedicates time to coaching and mentoring artists, helping them build sustainable careers that extend across major platforms including Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. At the heart of Justin’s work is a deep-rooted faith that shapes how he views identity and artistry. He approaches acting from the perspective that every person is created in the image of God with inherent dignity, creativity, and purpose. For Justin, storytelling is not simply entertainment; it is an opportunity to reflect truth, explore redemption, and reveal the complexity of being human. Recently, Justin moved to Strasburg, PA from Atlanta, GA with his wife, Amber, and their two children, Evangeline and Simon. He joined the Brand Department at Sight & Sound Theatres, where he continues producing and directing commercials, behind-the-scenes content, mini-documentaries, and other media that seek to inspire, uplift, and minister.
