Registration for all 2025 programs will open at 8pm on Sunday, October 13.
Required info to register includes contact/emergency contact info, measurements for costuming, known allergies, etc.

Registration Fee
A non-refundable $25 fee is required to register. If this creates a burden for you, you will have the option to submit a financial aid registration when registration opens.
Tiered Pricing
Though we have kept the same low cost for camps for many years, our expenses have been climbing each year. In an effort to continue to make our youth productions as accessible as possible for everyone, we use a tiered pricing model, which is explained below. With this format, registration can be completed regardless of whether you can pay immediately, need financial aid, or need a bit of time to budget.
In keeping with our mission of making educational theatre experiences accessible to everyone in our community, we are taking a tiered approach to our Youth Theatre tuition. Our tiered pricing is meant to represent the actual costs associated with camp, while allowing families to choose the level of payment most appropriate for their financial circumstances.
Regardless of the tier chosen, every child will receive the same camp opportunity and experience.
There are a limited number of need-based, partial and full camp scholarships available through the generosity of our sponsors. Applications for financial aid will be available on Sunday, October 13 after 8pm.
Tier 1 - $200 YOUTH/$100 KIDS
Select this option if you need a partially-subsidized tuition. This is less than the direct cost of camp, but in keeping with Servant Stage's mission of making educational theatre experiences available to everyone, we offer this option without asking any questions. The generous donations of our community and sponsors can be used to make up the difference in cost.
Tier 2 - $250 YOUTH/$150 KIDS
Select this option to pay the direct cost of camp, including camp staff, sets, costumes, venue rentals, and more.
Tier 3 - $300 YOUTH/$200 KIDS
Select this option if you can afford the true cost of camp, including Servant Stage staff, insurance, office and administrative expenses, etc.
