Johnathan Bauer
Johnathan lives in Strasburg with his wife, Rebecca, and children, Gabriel, Jubilee, and Emmanuel. Originally from Maine, he came to Lancaster in 2008 to work as a performer with Sight & Sound Theatres. He fell in love with Lancaster County and has stayed in the area ever since, working as a performer or director with most of the local theatre companies. Johnathan and Rebecca started Servant Stage in 2011, and have been involved in every Servant Stage production since. Johnathan has a degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Southern Maine. Tyler Hoover
Tyler is a Lancaster County native and has been involved in the regional arts scene for more than fifteen years. Tyler has been blessed to serve as an actor, director, writer, and composer with a number of local theatre companies including Servant Stage, Sight & Sound Theatres, Piercing Word, and PRiMA. Tyler holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Music Theory & Composition from West Chester University and resides in Lititz with his wife, Sandra, and their four children. “With gratitude to God, our fantastic audiences and supporters, and all who make Servant Stage possible!” 1 Peter 4:10-11

Amberly Barker
Amberly Barker is excited to be a part of bringing theatre education to the Lancaster area with Servant Stage. Originally from Berks County, she spent four years in sunny West Palm Beach, Florida earning a B.A. in Theatre Arts with an emphasis in musical theatre performance from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Since then she has spent the last nine years at Sight & Sound, a member of the stage management team for most of that time. She lives in Lititz with her husband, Mike, and their daughters, Marley and Delaney. She carves out time in her life for reading, hiking, showtunes, and sweet friendships. Zephaniah 3:17
Jenny Norgaard
Jenny Norgaard, now a resident of beautiful Mount Joy, is originally from Houston, TX. Jenny and her family have been in PA for 16 years and have loved every minute! Jenny and her wonderful husband, Adam, met as college students more than 20 years ago at Texas A&M University and moved to PA shortly after getting married due to Adam's employment. Jenny was a high school guidance counselor and special education teacher for many years, most recently in Lebanon, PA, and is now a full-time mom to Sydney, 17, and Brady, 16. Jenny loves traveling, especially to Disney World and anywhere in the mountains! She is also a huge country music fan and can often be heard singing along with Dolly Parton and Garth Brooks in her car while traveling around Lancaster to her kiddos' activities! Jenny and the Norgaards absolutely love being a part of the ever-growing Servant Stage family and are so excited for the coming season of amazing shows, wonderful fellowship, and exciting opportunities to share the mission of Servant Stage Company!
Chad Young
Chad is a Lancaster County native and is grateful to be contributing to the development of the growing artistic efforts in the area with the incredible team at Servant Stage. He has invested over twenty years as a choral director, music theater director, worship arts director, accompanist, and vocal coach. Chad is passionate about helping people discover and develop their potential. He lives at the southern end of the county with the fourth generation on the family farm.
Andrew Zahn
Andrew is an actor, entrepreneur, business owner, husband and father and is grateful to be on staff with Servant Stage. Having spent time onstage with Servant Stage since 2016, he's seen the growth of the organization flourish with the mission to make the arts accessible to all. In addition to performing at Servant Stage, Andrew has performed at Gretna Theatre, Fulton Theatre, Sight and Sound, Dutch Apple and others. He and his wife Sarah owned and operated a window replacement business for 9 years before he came on full time staff at Servant Stage.
Jim Bauer
Jim was the director of a non-profit childcare center and support organization for 25 years until his semi-retirement 15 years ago. No longer full-time residents of Maine, Jim and his wife Mary now spend half the year in Florida. They have two grown children, Johnathan, who lives in Strasburg with his wife Rebecca and family, and Rebecca, who lives in Florida with her husband, Eli. Theater has been an important part of Jim's life ever since he caught his son’s passion. He is blessed to be a part of Servant Stage with all those who love its mission. Matthew 18:3
Hayley England-Yawney
Originally from Cecil County, Maryland, Hayley began studying theatre in early high school, and went on to graduate from the Sight & Sound Conservatory in 2019. She then officially moved to Lancaster in late 2021, when she married her husband, Brian. Most recently, Hayley worked at Sight & Sound Theatres as a member of their Business Partner Support team, where she was able to immerse herself in the local tourism and charm of Lancaster County. After making her Servant Stage debut in the cast of NEWSIES in 2022, she fell in love with the mission and community of Servant Stage, going on to perform in a number of other productions in the last few years. Hayley is thrilled to now help continue making that mission possible, both on the road as Touring Manger, and in the office as Administrative Assistant! When not working or performing, you can find her in the kitchen crafting new recipes, hosting movie nights, and visiting her family in Maryland.
Stephanie Noll
Stephanie moved to Lancaster County with her husband, Matt, and 3 children after living in Ohio, Kentucky, and Georgia. Stephanie was blessed to be a stay-at-home mom for several years before returning to the classroom as a teacher and now a librarian in an elementary school. She and her family have loved living in different places and still enjoy experiencing as much as they can by traveling. Being able to combine her love for people and theater with Servant Stage’s mission has been an unexpected blessing for Stephanie. Matthew 5:14-16
Gretchen Webb
Gretchen was born in Lancaster, PA, but spent her childhood years in Branson, Missouri. After high school, she attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK to study graphic design and marketing.
After college, Gretchen’s passion for the performing arts brought her back home to Branson, where she performed in many different shows for more than a decade. In addition, she pursued freelance design work and managed a vacation rental business with her spouse. In 2011, Gretchen fulfilled a dream by taking a contract with Royal Caribbean to be a singer on the Jewel of the Seas cruise ship.
In 2016, Gretchen and her husband, Derek decided to move back to Lancaster. They are proud parents of 2 adorable children, Kallen and Kenna. The past few years, Gretchen continued to pursue her love for the arts by working at Sight and Sound with the animal department. She is now thrilled to be a part of the Servant Stage team and looks forward to using her creative talents and love for the performing arts to be part of the incredible impact Servant Stage has on the community.
Britt Jarkowsky
Britt Jarkowsky has been blessed to spend the majority of her childhood here in Lancaster County. Britt holds a National Association School of Music accredited Bachelor’s of Fine Arts from LBC in Musical Theatre. She has been so blessed to work as an actor, music director, conductor, voice teacher, director, and choreographer with a number of regional and community theatres such as Servant Stage, Red Accordion, Revival Productions, Piercing Word, Lancaster Bible College, Chester County School of the Arts, Lancaster Academy, Creative Pursuits, and Ephrata Performing Arts Center. She is part of the education program here at Servant Stage and has served in a number of schools as a drama and voice teacher. She is also Co-Director of Junior Company. She has been a part of Servant Stage since 2015, and is so grateful to be on staff with an amazing company serving the community in every aspect of the arts. Soli Deo Gloria
Lauren Schaeffer
Lauren Schaeffer, a Lancaster local, graduated from Liberty University with a BS Interdisciplinary degree, merging Theater, Ministry, and Psychology. The years since has kept her busy teaching acting and voice (Creative Pursuits Studio, Lancaster Academy for the Performing Arts, Cavod Academy), directing youth theatre (LAPA, Veritas Academy, Locust Grove), staffing summer camps (LAPA, Cavod Academy, Servant Stage Company). Lauren has performed at local theaters such as Servant Stage Company, Cavod Theatre, Reji Woods Productions, Piercing Word, Steitz City Players, Popovsky Performing Arts, and Fulton Theatre. She and her husband JT love Lancaster’s theatre scene and community! Psalm 37:3-6
Elizabeth Rickard
Elizabeth has spent most of her career in nonprofit marketing and advancement, including for theatre. Having appeared on-stage with Servant Stage and other local organizations, she is pleased to work behind the scenes to help make world-class musical-theatre arts accessible to the beloved Lancaster-County community. A theatre “jill-of-all-trades,” Elizabeth has also done everything from script-writing to choreography to direction, and has a pop-up studio for voice lessons, audition prep, and dialect coaching. She earned a degree in Journalism and minors in music from IUP, and now resides just outside Lancaster City with her lovely family.
Regina Sukanick
Regina is honored to join the Servant Stage family and contribute to the incredible mission of accessible, inclusion theater in Lancaster. No stranger to the arts or the area, Regina grew up in Lititz and attended Adelphi University where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Since graduation, she has been on a mission to blend her two passions, while supporting her heart of service through working with nonprofits. Regina has held fundraising positions at Lancaster Catholic High School, York College of PA, Gretna Theatre and most recently, as the Director of Development at Walnut Street Theatre in Philadelphia. Currently, Regina works on the Foundation Relations team at CHOP, and when she is not working to bring in funds for mission-driven organizations, she can be found onstage at Ephrata Performing Arts Center, teaching dance or barre classes, or cheering on her tiny dancer/gymnast/soccer star. Regina lives in Chester County with her husband DJ, daughter Stella and their two cats.
