Ty Godfrey
Ty Godfrey (Bass) is a singer-songwriter, composer, and multi-instrumentalist with experience in church music, live performance, studio recording, and theater. He graduated with a degree in Music Composition from Lancaster Bible College in May 2018, and is currently employed as a local Worship Arts Director. Ty lives in Lancaster City with his equally artistic wife, Justina, and their 18-month-old son, Theodor. In their art as well as their daily lives, Ty and Justina value community, creativity, thoughtfulness, wonder, and honesty. You may often find them singing together, exploring the woods, or trying to convince Theo not to throw his food on the floor.
Yang Han
Yang Han (Guitar) was born and raised in Nanjing, China, and moved to the US in 2015. He graduated with a BA from Nanjing University of the Arts. From the studio to the stage, from classical to pop, Yang has been playing guitar since the early age of six. SONGS FOR A NEW WORLD is Yang’s first show with Servant Stage.
Andy Roberts
Andy Roberts (Music Director, Piano) arrived at his approach to music and composition through the absorption of musical styles from disparate eras. At 15 he was gigging with rock and country groups around Central Pa. After developing a love for jazz and classical music, Andy attended and graduated from Berklee College of Music (Boston, Massachusetts). Currently, he maintains a busy schedule of music directing, performing, and writing. Andy is currently music director for the American Music Theatre in Lancaster, Pa and the Timbers Dinner Theater in Mount Gretna, Pa. Matthew Woodson
Matthew Woodson (Percussion) is an educator, performer and entrepreneur based out of Lancaster, Pa. A percussionist by trade he can be seen with local band Big Boy Brass, his most recent steelpan project Woodson Steel Experience and other local production companies. As The Director of Community Percussion for the local non-profit Music For Everyone, he instructs students in the School District of Lancaster and facilitates numerous group drumming events/programs throughout the community.
