Class Description

Welcome to the Renaissance! Join Aréanna, the choreographer of our production of Something Rotten Jr, to bob your head and shake your hiney to the music of Something Rotten! In this fun dance class, students will learn a musical theatre jazz combination that is sure to release all their "bluesicals". Grab a water bottle and your jazz shoes (or sneakers) and remember why "nothing's as amazing as a musical!"

meet Aréanna

Aréanna Hope Kroll is a Lancaster-based actor and BFA Musical Theatre graduate from SC School of the Arts at Anderson University. Since graduating in 2022, she has been working in musical theatre, plays, film,, and voiceovers. Most recently, she has been in Hairspray (Tammy/US Penny), Guys and Dolls (Hotbox Dancer and Mission Worker), Footloose (Female Swing), and Grace for President (Rose) with Dutch Apple. She has also recently been seen in The Diary of Anne Frank (Anne) with Open Stage Harrisburg and Loves Labours Lost (Rosaline) with Lancaster Shakespeare Theatre. Her favorite roles include Anne Frank, Guys and Dolls (Sarah Brown), Anything Goes (Hope Harcourt), and Bright Star (Dance Captain). She thanks the Lord for opening these opportunities!
