Class Description
Let’s do some dancing! Class will begin with a short stretching/conditioning warmup, followed by a fun, fast combination from Tarzan the Musical (so be ready to monkey around!). Students can wear jazz shoes or sneakers for the class and are encouraged to bring water.

meet Jacqui
Jacqui Schaeffer, a Texas native, is so excited to be working with Servant Stage again this year. Jacqui has been onstage and training in the theatre arts for over 15 years. Some of her favorite credits include: David (Swing/Ensemble), Narnia (Lucy), Seussical the Musical (Mayzie), A Midsummer Night's Dream (Helena), You Can't Take It With You (Essie), Nunsense (Lead Swing), Tarzan (Featured Dancer), and The One Story National Tour (Holy Spirit). She performed with the WFBT as a company member for 6 years before migrating to Lancaster to pursue theatre arts at the Sight and Sound Conservatory. After graduating, she made her choreographic debut with Servant Stage during Shrek Jr. and can’t wait to return for both Newsies camps this summer! Currently, she’s choreographing and dance teaching with LAMS Theatre Department, performing in Anastasia with Cavod Theatre, and assistant choreographing Seussical the Musical with Servant Stage.
