June 27 | STAGE COMBAT with Stephen Atherholt

STAGE COMBAT

Stephen Atherholt

Welcome to stage combat! The purpose of this class is to get you comfortable with the basics of the unarmed technique including stance, eye contact, preparation, action, and reaction. You will learn a number of different punches, evasions, and maybe even a kick or two that you will use in a short choreographed combination. You will also learn the proper technique to keep your partner safe as you share your fight scene with the class. Everyone is welcome to come and learn even if you have never done stage combat!
