Monday, November 7
6:00-7:30pm - Beginner Class* - Ages 12+
7:30-9:00pm - Intermediate Class** - Ages 12+

*Beginner Class: Welcome to stage combat! The purpose of this class is to get you comfortable with the basics of the unarmed technique including stance, eye contact, preparation, action, and reaction. You will learn a number of different punches, evasions, and maybe even a kick or two that you will use in a short choreographed combination. You will also learn the proper technique to keep your partner safe as you share your fight scene with the class. Everyone is welcome to come and learn even if you have never done stage combat!

**Intermediate Class: Welcome to intermediate stage combat! The purpose of this class is to advance your stage combat repertoire beyond the basic punches learned in the first stage combat class. We will refresh your skills of the basics learned in the first stage combat class. After the refresher, we will learn a series of kicks as well as the proper technique of rolls and falling to the ground. Students will pair off and use a series of moves in a short, choreographed combination. You will also learn the proper technique to keep your partner safe as you share fight scenes with the class. Everyone is welcome to come and learn, but it is recommended to have take the first stage combat class.
