Dance

Isabella Williams

This class will explore contemporary movement styles along with fundamental exercises in classical modern dance. We will learn how to gracefully transfer body weight from one place to another, how to safely move in and out of the floor, and how to smoothly connect a string of movements. We will move in the center and across the floor, as well as learn a combination of choreography that incorporates the elements we work on during the class.
