Sophia Amaya

Sophia Amaya (Chava) is thrilled to join the cast of Fiddler On The Roof! She became part of the Servant Stage family two years ago as teen ensemble in Rock Around the Clock. She has since been seen in Ragtime (ensemble), The Sound Of Music (Leisl u/s), Big Fish (Mermaid u/s) and Anastasia Jr. (Lily). Originally from Miami, FL, Sophia has also performed regionally in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (Lucy) at Actor’s Playhouse, and Pippin (Thea) at the University of Miami’s Ring Theater. As a competitive dancer, Sophia has won numerous National Competitions and is currently training with the Pennsylvania Regional Ballet. This past February she had her feature film debut in Carol (a Christmas film musical releasing this winter) performing alongside of her family. Above all else, Sophia desires to honor God with all her creativity.
