Rebecca Bauer
Rebecca Bauer (Costume Coordinator) has been a part of Servant Stage from the beginning, helping to start the company in 2011, serving on the board of directors, and designing costumes for many Servant Stage shows over the years. She also enjoys being on stage, and has performed with Servant Stage and many other local theatres. Originally from New Hampshire, she now lives in Strasburg with her husband, Johnathan, and children, Gabriel, Jubilee, and Emmanuel.
Glen Brodersen
Glen Brodersen (Technical Director) has been serving the theatre community for more than 25 years. He has had the privilege of using his diverse production talents at numerous churches and theatres across the US and in Europe. Currently, he serves as the Technical Director at Sight & Sound Theatres where over the past 15 years he has had the opportunity to support the company in a number of different production related roles. Glen is excited to once again support Servant Stage with his set design and construction talents as they bring Daddy Long Legs to life on stage.
Wally Calderon
Originally from Green Bay, WI, Wally Calderon (Director) earned his BFA in Music Theatre Performance and Direction from Ohio Northern University. For over 15 years, Wally traveled the country as a freelance performer, director, and choreographer. Notable stays include the Miracle Theatre in Pigeon Forge, TN, The Palace Theatre in Manchester, NH, Hershey Park, and the highly credited Stagedoor Manor in upstate New York. Wally moved to Lancaster in 2012 where he spent five amazing years holding multiple positions at Sight & Sound Theatres. He considers it an honor and a blessing to now be a part of Servant Stage Company and of a community that is so supportive of the arts in Lancaster. “Special thanks to my wonderful wife Andrea, sweetest daughter Joyanna , and our newest addition Juliet. Michael DiSciullo (Stage Manager) is thrilled to be returning to the Servant Stage family. He’s really looking forward to his first show back after almost a year away. Favorite Servant Stage credits include The Titanic (A2), The Music Man (SM) and Joy to the World 2019 (SM). Many thanks to his friends and family for supporting him, and to Servant Stage for the opportunity.
Caleb Heckman
Caleb Heckman (Music Director) has enjoyed being involved in several productions with Servant Stage over the years, including on stage in The Music Man, A Christmas Carol, Titanic, and HMS Pinafore; as an accompanist for I’ll Fly Away and several concerts in the Living Room Concert Series; and as a music director for Frozen Jr. and a counselor for Once on this Island Jr. youth camps. Outside of Servant Stage, Caleb has worked as an actor, music director, or accompanist for Cavod Theatre and Cavod Academy, Susquehanna Stage Company, PRiMA Theatre, and The Lancaster Academy for the Performing Arts. He is THRILLED to be working on one of his favorite musicals, and is so grateful to the production team and cast.
Cassidy Wray Martin
Cassidy Wray Martin (Assistant Stage Manager) is a stage manager, actor, and theatre teacher in the Lancaster area. She is passionate about the arts and loves working on all sides of the stage. Cassidy will graduate in December from Lancaster Bible College with a BFA in Musical Theatre. This past October she made her directorial debut for LBC’s production of You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown. When not working on a show, Cassidy can be found cross stitching, trying to keep her plants alive, or enjoying an avocado.
Shaun Ressler
Shaun Ressler (Audio Designer) is no stranger to Servant Stage Company, having designed sound for nearly a dozen of Servant Stage’s past productions and acted in several as well. He has a passion for theater, sound design, and singing, and has also worked with Ephrata Performing Arts Center, PPAS, OperaLancaster, and Cavod Theatre, to name a few. Shaun graduated from Millersville University with a BA in Music (Voice) and a BS in Computer Science, and works as a Software Engineer for Cargas Systems.
