At Servant Stage, we strive to produce outstanding productions for audiences of all ages. Recognizing that sensitivities vary, we also want to equip our audiences with the information to make informed choices about the shows they attend. Language: Mild period language and two instances of mild profanity ("The hell with the weather" and "Damn those flies in the kitchen")

Innuendo: Light romantic innuendo and references to adult relationships. Passing references made to a "stripper" and "brothel."

Substances: Comedic references to alcohol consumption. One character is intoxicated.

Thematic Elements: Brief comedic references to explosives/fireworks and scenes involving law enforcement and arrest.

Historical Context: Some social attitudes and references reflect the norms of the 1930s setting.

Other: One character is an amateur (and untalented) ballerina frequently stretching and practicing her "dancing." This provides several moments of comedic awkwardness for other characters.

This is a modern, colorful retelling of the Biblical story of Joseph, not intended to be Biblical representation. Modern cultural references and idioms are present throughout.

Substances: A character consumes wine by mistake and becomes intoxicated.
