Students will learn about the many opportunities in the theatre besides performing. They will discuss the many elements that it takes to be successful in a production. Great for those who love theatre but perhaps aren’t sure if they want to perform, as well as those who want to gain a better understanding of all sides of the table.

Meet Glen and Jordanne

Glen Brodersen has been serving the theatre community for more than 25 years. He has had the privilege of using his diverse production talents at numerous churches and theatres across the US and in Europe. Currently, he serves as the Technical Director at Sight & Sound Theatres where over the past 15 years he has had the opportunity to support the company in a number of different production related roles. Glen has designed and built sets for Servant Stage for many years. His most recent collaborations were 2019’s productions of My Fair Lady and The Music Man.

Jordanne Brodersen has been a freelance stage manager primarily in the Lancaster area for the last 3 years, and is always excited to work with Servant Stage Company! Some of her favorite Servant Stage credits include The Civil War, Around the World in 80 Days, Titanic, A Christmas Carol, and The Music Man. Additionally, she has worked in multiple capacities with various other theatre companies and currently works at Sight & Sound Theatres as a lighting technician. She also has some experience with props and special effects makeup. She is a member of the Stage Manager’s Association and is on the social media team for the Young Stage Managers blog.
