Meet Amber

Amber Emerson is thrilled to join the ConSERVANTory team this summer!  She’s enjoyed participating in SSC’s Living Room Concert Series these past few months, as well as portraying Marian in The Music Man last September.  As an actress and jazz vocalist, Amber considers both the stage and bandstand home. In summer 2018, she embarked on an international jazz tour, headlining in cities across the Czech Republic, including Prague. She has headlined at the Deer Head Inn with the Skip Wilkins Trio, showcasing her distinctive repertoire.  Theatre-wise, Amber made her regional debut as Philia in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum at Totem Pole Playhouse. Other favorite past credits include Anything Goes (Hope), The Civil War (Sarah), and The Little Mermaid JR (Ariel), which resulted in her receiving a 2013 Central PA Broadway World award. Amber holds a BM from Moravian College and is a current resident of Manhattan, NY.  Over the years, she has enjoyed teaching and mentorship and looks forward to this unique opportunity with Servant Stage Company!  James 1:17
