Johnathan Bauer
Johnathan lives in Strasburg with his wife, Rebecca, and children, Gabriel, Jubilee, and Emmanuel. Originally from Maine, he came to Lancaster in 2008 to work as a performer with Sight & Sound Theatres. He fell in love with Lancaster County and has stayed in the area ever since, working as a performer or director with most of the local theatre companies. Johnathan and Rebecca started Servant Stage in 2011, and have been involved in every Servant Stage production since. Johnathan has a degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Southern Maine. Rebecca Bauer
Rebecca Bauer has been a part of Servant Stage from the beginning, helping to start the company in 2011, serving on the board of directors, and designing costumes for many Servant Stage shows over the years, including The Music Man, A Christmas Carol, Sherlock Holmes, The Importance of Being Earnest, Forever Plaid and many more. Originally from New Hampshire, she now lives in Strasburg with her husband, Johnathan, and children, Gabriel, Jubilee, and Emmanuel.
Doug Myer
Doug Myer lives in Strasburg with his wife, Janet, and son, Brad. His married daughters, Amy and Jennifer, live in the area. After completing his degree at Lancaster Bible College, he worked in medical sales and marketing before beginning a career in broadcasting at WDAC Radio Company. Brad’s love for theater reignited a deep appreciated for the performing arts, especially for Servant Stage Company. Servant Stage Company practices service to one another and the community. Adam Norgaard
Adam Norgaard and his beautiful wife, Jenny, have been board members of Servant Stage for just over 3 years. He came to PA with his family in 2005 by way of Texas, where he grew up, and attended Texas A&M University, graduating with an MS of Computer Science in 2002. Currently a Senior Devops Engineer with a location services company in Berwyn called Skyhook, Adam spends his spare time honing his photography and videography skills, reading, studying Civil War history and visiting battlefields, and he loves working with all things tech. Adam also enjoys spending time with his two teens, Sydney and Brady, who love being a part of the Servant Stage Youth Theater programs.
Jenny Norgaard
Jenny Norgaard, now a resident of beautiful Mount Joy, is originally from Houston, TX. Jenny and her family have been in PA for 16 years and have loved every minute! Jenny and her wonderful husband, Adam, met as college students more than 20 years ago at Texas A&M University and moved to PA shortly after getting married due to Adam's employment. Jenny was a high school guidance counselor and special education teacher for many years, most recently in Lebanon, PA, and is now a full-time mom to Sydney, 17, and Brady, 16. Jenny loves traveling, especially to Disney World and anywhere in the mountains! She is also a huge country music fan and can often be heard singing along with Dolly Parton and Garth Brooks in her car while traveling around Lancaster to her kiddos' activities! Jenny and the Norgaards absolutely love being a part of the ever-growing Servant Stage family and are so excited for the coming season of amazing shows, wonderful fellowship, and exciting opportunities to share the mission of Servant Stage Company!
Kylie Jo Smith
Kylie Jo Smith serves in leadership both off and on-stage at Sight & Sound Theatres, having played a variety of roles in their original productions since 2013. You've seen her as Sarah in Servant Stage's RAGTIME (2022, BroadwayWorld nominee for Best Supporting Actress in a Musical), and may have heard her original music on Apple or Amazon. Nick Smith
Nick Smith serves as the Program Director for Water Street Mission's Compass Program, which focuses on developing growth within the young adult community of Lancaster City. Born and raised in California, Nick met his wife Kylie Jo while attending Wichita State University (BA, '10) and was supported by his wife while completing his MDiv at Asbury Theological Seminary in Kentucky ('19). Lynette Waller
Lynette Waller lives in Lampeter Strasburg with her husband, Fred, and two daughters, Cheyanne and Kylee. Originally from Philadelphia, Lynette came to Lancaster to attend Millersville University. Here she obtained a B.S. in elementary education and a M.Ed. in curriculum and Instruction and served as a teacher and school district administrator. She recently completed her doctoral studies in Educational Leadership and currently works for a local educational services provider. Lynette and her family share a love for the performing arts and musical theatre. She looks forward to supporting the mission of Servant Stage.
