September 9 | VOICE Kylie Jo Smith

Class Description

Have you ever lost your voice after a period of intense singing? Have you ever found that belting leaves you hoarse? Have you have felt your voice starting to fail you at the end of a performance or the end of a run? Come connect with Kylie Jo - whose personal journey includes a spell of vocal loss - to learn about how to preserve your voice, whether for the length of the show or the length of your life! Kylie Jo has plenty of experience with sustaining the voice through long seasons of use and from vocal trauma. Through discussions and exercises, discover the value of vocal dynamics and employing the "mix" register to extend your vocal strength.
