Jenny Wolcott

Jenny Wolcott (Director, Choreographer) is pleased as punch to be making her Servant Stage directorial debut with this fun filled show about friendship. Jennifer is from Marion, IN and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance from Taylor University and a Masters of Music in Opera and Musical Theatre Performance from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. After a decade of performing around the United States for companies like Blue Gate Theatre, Forte Theatre Productions, Servant Stage, and Sight and Sound Theatres among others, in 2021 Jennifer made the career shift off the stage and into the classroom. Miss Wolcott is currently a Professor of Musical Theatre at Western Kentucky University. She feels incredibly lucky to have found another passion in growing the minds and skill sets of the next generation of artists, while fostering and encouraging their passion. She loves to direct and choreograph and is incredibly thankful for the opportunity to keep working in professional theatre as she brings her knowledge back to the classroom. You may have seen Jennifer in Servant Stage’s 2018 run of the Marvelous Wonderettes as Cindy Lou! This show is so close to her heart and she is honored to have been able to direct and choreograph such an incredible new group of women.
