Meet Brance
Before becoming the Education Director for Theater West End in Florida, Brance Cornelius traveled the world (really just the Ohio & Mississippi Rivers, the Atlantic Ocean and Asia). He was raised in the land of bluegrass, bourbon & basketball. He graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Theatre from Kentucky’s Murray State University. Brance has worked for Disney Cruise Line (Disney Dream) and Walt Disney World (Hoop Dee-Doo Revue). NY/Tour credits include: Cinderella (starring Tony-winner Lea Salonga); How the Grinch Stole Christmas (“Papa Who”) and Dicapo Opera’s The Most Happy Fella (“Herman”). A proud member of Actor’s Equity, he’s most at home in the director’s chair, wearing his choreographer’s cap. Direction/Choreography credits include Bright Star, Parade, The Will Rogers Follies, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Steel Magnolias, The Andrews Brothers, Pump Boys & Dinettes, The West Side Waltz, Lucky Stiff, The Hound of The Baskervilles and Little Shop of Horrors.
