Big Fish tells the story of Edward Bloom, a traveling salesman who lives life to its fullest...and then some! Edward’s incredible, larger-than-life stories thrill everyone around him—most of all, his devoted wife Sandra. But their son Will, about to have a child of his own, is determined to find the truth behind his father’s epic tales. Overflowing with heart and humor, Big Fish is a story that’s richer, funnier and bigger than life itself.

Big Fish Parental Advisory

The story centers around the fanciful and far-fetched stories a father tells his son. These stories include meeting a witch who foretells the future, joining a circus, and meeting a werewolf. One dream sequence is a western that mentions a "hanging" to take place.
Language: Two uses of "hell" and several uses of "heck"
Adult Themes: We hear that Will and his wife-to-be conceived a child out of wedlock. Will speculates his father had an affair and visits "the other woman." He finds out Edward and the woman shared a brief kiss (which we see in a flashback) but Edward quickly withdraws in faithfulness to his wife.
